We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, measurements, colors, images, prices, availability, and included accessories accurately.

Colors and product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing tolerances, and differences between product batches. Such differences do not affect any rights available to you where an item is materially different from its description.

Product specifications, water-resistance ratings, materials, dimensions, packaging, and included accessories can vary by model or selected variant. Please review the applicable product page and selected variant before placing an order.

Water-resistance ratings refer to specified test conditions and do not necessarily mean that a watch is suitable for swimming, showering, hot water, steam, diving, or operating its crown or buttons underwater. Follow the care instructions shown on the relevant product page or supplied with the product.

We may update product information, discontinue products, or limit quantities based on availability, legal requirements, geographic restrictions, suspected resale activity, or operational considerations. These rights do not affect orders we have already accepted except where a change is required by law, necessary to correct a genuine error, or agreed with you.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE, AND CANCELLATION

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

After you submit an order, we may send an order acknowledgement. An acknowledgement confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, begin fulfillment, or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. Payment authorization or collection may occur before or at the time of acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• The product is unavailable.

• Payment cannot be authorized or is identified as potentially fraudulent.

• Shipping is unavailable to the supplied address.

• The order contains an obvious pricing, inventory, or product-information error.

• The order violates applicable law or these Terms.

• We reasonably believe the order was placed for unauthorized commercial resale.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and normal payment-provider processing times.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation or address change, contact support@olevswatchstore.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the request before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has started.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENT, TAXES, AND IMPORT CHARGES

Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change before an order is placed. The price applicable to an accepted order is the price displayed at checkout and recorded in the order confirmation, except in the case of an obvious error that could reasonably have been recognized as incorrect.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. The currency and final amount displayed at checkout are authoritative for the order.

Free standard shipping is currently offered for destinations and products available at checkout. Any optional paid service, tax, duty, customs charge, brokerage fee, or other applicable charge will be disclosed at checkout where collected by us.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and destination-country fees might be assessed by local authorities or carriers after purchase. Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Prices on our website may differ from prices offered by unrelated third-party sellers. We do not control pricing on third-party websites.

Promotions may be governed by separate terms. If promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Available payment methods, currencies, and any installment options are displayed at checkout. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer, destination, device, or order.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Free standard delivery generally takes approximately 4 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, peak periods, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable assistance where a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Tracking information is normally emailed after dispatch where tracking is supported. Tracking systems may take 24 to 48 hours to display the first carrier update.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Risk of loss or damage will transfer in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer protection law.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you regarding available redelivery or refund options. Any deduction for actual costs will be made only where permitted by the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND RELATIONSHIP

The website’s original text, layout, graphics, photographs, videos, software, design elements, and other content created by or licensed to Velant Global LLC are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Except as allowed by law, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit protected website content without permission from the applicable rights holder.

OLEVS Watch Store is an independent online retailer operated by Velant Global LLC. The website is not represented as the official website of the OLEVS trademark owner.

Shopify’s names, logos, product names, and trademarks belong to Shopify or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any trademark, copyright, patent, design right, or other intellectual property belonging to Velant Global LLC, Shopify, the OLEVS trademark owner, or any other third party.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

Sales made through this store are transactions between the customer and Velant Global LLC, doing business as OLEVS Watch Store. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by us.

Shopify may independently process personal information when providing its platform, Shop Pay, Shop, or other Shopify services. Shopify’s processing is governed by its applicable privacy policies.

To the extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for our products, product descriptions, order fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, warranties, or other obligations as the seller.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, accepted orders, returns, refunds, warranties, intellectual property rights, and provisions intended by their nature to survive termination.

SECTION 15 — WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

Eligible watches purchased directly from olevswatchstore.com are covered by a 12-month store warranty provided and administered by OLEVS Watch Store / Velant Global LLC, subject to the coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures stated in that warranty.

This store warranty is not represented as an OLEVS manufacturer warranty unless a product page expressly states otherwise and supporting documentation is available.

To the extent permitted by law, website information and optional online tools are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every website feature will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We do not exclude or limit:

• Obligations expressly stated in an accepted order.

• Obligations under our published Return & Refund Policy.

• Obligations under our 12-Month Store Warranty.

• Implied warranties, guarantees, conformity rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velant Global LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the relevant transaction was made.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be limited.

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

• Willful or grossly negligent misconduct where applicable law does not permit limitation.

• Breach of mandatory consumer rights.

• Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a particular product order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires a greater remedy.

Shopify and other third-party service providers have their own responsibilities under their agreements and applicable law.

SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Velant Global LLC against third-party claims arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This obligation does not apply to claims caused by our own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or failure to meet obligations owed to you.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim and allow reasonable participation in its defense. We will not agree to a settlement that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

This section does not apply where or to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.

SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect unless the invalid provision was essential to the overall agreement and applicable law requires a different result.

SECTION 19 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms, together with the policies and order information incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases from us.

They do not exclude representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, and they do not override terms expressly confirmed in an accepted order.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent, except where applicable law permits the transfer without consent.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, provided that doing so does not reduce your mandatory rights or remedies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that is not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction may be brought in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the applicable federal court in Wyoming.

If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and jurisdictional rights under the laws of your place of residence. Nothing in this section deprives you of protections or dispute-resolution options that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an order already accepted unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
