12-Month Store Warranty

Eligible watches purchased directly from olevswatchstore.com are covered by a 12-month store warranty beginning on the carrier-confirmed delivery date. This warranty is provided and administered by OLEVS Watch Store, operated by Velant Global LLC. It is not represented as an OLEVS manufacturer warranty unless a product page expressly states otherwise and supporting documentation is available.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship and verified movement failures arising during normal use within the warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, cosmetic changes, batteries, straps or bracelets worn through ordinary use, accidental damage, impact, misuse, water or moisture damage outside the model's stated rating and care instructions, loss or theft, unauthorized repair or modification, or damage caused by failure to follow product instructions. Non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by this policy.

How to Make a Claim

Email support@olevswatchstore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video where appropriate. Do not send the item before receiving return instructions. We will review the available information and may request inspection of the item.

Remedy

For an approved warranty claim, OLEVS Watch Store may repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or issue an appropriate refund, depending on the issue and product availability. Reasonable return shipping for a verified covered claim will be handled by us where required by this policy or applicable law.
