OLEVS Watch Store — 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

OLEVS Watch Store is operated by Velant Global LLC. Eligible items may be returned by requesting return authorization within 30 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, warranty materials, and any included gifts. Protective films should remain in place, and watch bracelets must not have been resized or altered. We may reduce or decline a refund where permitted by law if an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or materially different from its original condition.

How to Start a Return

Email support@olevswatchstore.com with your order number and reason for return before sending the item. If the return is eligible, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), the correct return warehouse address, and shipping instructions. Do not send returns to the address on the original shipping label or to our Wyoming business address, as those locations cannot process returns. An unauthorized return or a return sent to an incorrect address may be delayed, refused by the receiving facility, or subject to additional shipping costs; this does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Return Shipping

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and any optional shipping insurance. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable except where required by law. If we verify that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact support@olevswatchstore.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and provide the order number plus clear photos or a short video where appropriate. Prompt notice helps us investigate, but the 48-hour preference does not limit rights available under applicable law. After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Refund Timing

After an eligible return reaches our inspection facility, inspection normally takes 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may take approximately 5 to 7 additional business days to post the funds.
