Return Eligibility

Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unused, unaltered and complete with original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, warranty materials and gifts. Keep protective films in place. Resized or altered bracelets, removed protective films, wear, damage or missing items may result in a reduced refund or refusal under our voluntary policy where legally permitted. Reasonable inspection does not automatically remove mandatory statutory rights.

RMA and Return Address

Email support@olevswatchstore.com with your order number and reason before returning anything. We will provide an RMA, the correct return warehouse address and shipping instructions. Do not return to the shipping-label address or our Wyoming business address. Incorrectly addressed or unauthorized returns may be delayed or incur additional costs; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Return Shipping and Original Delivery Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays tracked return shipping and optional insurance. Original standard and expedited delivery charges are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. If the original order qualified for free standard shipping, our actual reasonable outbound shipping cost may be deducted from a voluntary change-of-mind refund only where legally permitted; the amount will be disclosed before return authorization. We do not charge the same delivery cost twice or impose an undisclosed restocking fee.

For verified manufacturing defects, incorrect items or transit damage, we cover reasonable pre-authorized return shipping and provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund. Contact us before buying a return label. Report delivery issues promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with clear photos or video; this preference does not limit statutory rights.

Exchanges and Refund Timing

For a different model or color, request an eligible return and place a new order. Returns are normally inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your bank may require another 5–7 business days, subject to mandatory legal deadlines.

Statutory Rights

Our voluntary 60-day return window supplements mandatory consumer rights. For applicable UK/EU statutory distance-selling cancellation, standard outbound delivery is refunded as required by law; only the extra cost of an optional expedited service may be excluded. Any lawful diminished-value deduction reflects handling beyond necessary inspection. RMA procedures do not prevent a valid statutory cancellation notice. Nothing excludes non-waivable cancellation, defect, refund or conformity rights.

Order shipping promotions and refunds

Free standard shipping on orders of $30 USD or more after discounts is limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Japan. Other destinations have paid standard shipping at all order values; see our Shipping Policy. These order-shipping rules do not change our 60-day return-request window, authorized quality-related return-shipping support, or mandatory refund rights. Any deduction for an initially free delivery remains subject to the lawful, disclosed actual-cost terms above.
