Shipping options and prices
Free Standard Shipping on $30+ orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Japan. The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes and shipping.
- United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Japan: free standard shipping at $30 USD or more; $7.99 USD below $30.
- Argentina, Australia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Seychelles, Madagascar, Reunion, Senegal, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Mayotte and Zambia: $12.99 USD standard shipping at any order value.
- All other currently supported destinations: $7.99 USD standard shipping at any order value.
No free-shipping threshold applies outside the four qualifying countries. The previous worldwide $110 free-shipping offer no longer applies. Checkout confirms destination availability and currency-converted charges.
Expedited Shipping costs $6.99 USD per order to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States. It remains payable even when standard shipping is free; $6.99 is the total expedited fee, not an additional surcharge.
Processing and dispatch
Fast Dispatch: Most Orders Ship Within 1 Business Day. Please allow 1–3 business days after payment and order verification for processing, inspection, packing and carrier handover. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Stock shortages, address or payment verification, holidays, promotional peaks, unusually high demand and carrier collection interruptions may require additional time. We will contact you about a material delay and applicable options. Label creation alone does not mean carrier handover. Expedited shipping changes the carrier service, not the processing allowance.
Delivery estimates
All table ranges are business days in transit after dispatch. Add the normal 1–3 business day processing allowance for total delivery time. Checkout descriptions already include normal processing, so do not add it twice. Estimates are not guaranteed dates; customs, weather, carrier operations, holidays and local conditions may cause delays.

Indonesia remains an existing destination; contact us for its current estimate. Malaysia: West Malaysia 8–10 business days, East Malaysia 9–12 business days. Brazil's 22–35 day estimate includes the quoted additional delay. A dash means expedited service is unavailable.
Address coverage
Services are subject to carrier coverage and checkout availability. US quoted routes exclude Alaska, Hawaii, overseas territories and APO/FPO military addresses. Japan routes exclude Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands. Australian expedited estimates exclude remote destinations. Other remote or offshore addresses may be excluded. Contact support before ordering if uncertain.
Tracking and address changes
We email tracking after dispatch. Allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier scan. Provide a complete and accurate address. Report changes immediately to support@olevswatchstore.com; changes are not guaranteed after processing starts. A returned parcel caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer address may require an agreed additional delivery charge, subject to applicable law.
Customs and import charges
Shipping charges and free shipping do not include import duties, taxes, customs-clearance or brokerage fees unless checkout expressly says they are included. Destination authorities or carriers may collect these charges from the recipient. We do not guarantee exemption from customs charges.
Delayed, lost or damaged shipments
Check tracking, the delivery address, household members and the carrier if a parcel is delayed or marked delivered but missing. Contact support@olevswatchstore.com with your order number and tracking. For transit damage, include clear photos of packaging and contents. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy for verified transit damage, an incorrect item or a lost shipment in accordance with applicable law. These procedures do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
